Modern Education : what, why and how we think about current education system. What Next?


Every time when exam comes closer, I thought life doesn't have sense anymore and I'm living very bore life. After exams this frustration regarding life goes magically. Why this happen to me? Probably God knows. 
Let's find some facts:
  1. Possibly our current education system does have some mistake.
  2. Study / syllabus is not interesting. 
  3. My study procedure does have mistake.
  4. Afraid of exams or reading overhead, called exam-phobia. 
  5. Result after exam does matter for all around and finally result will scare me.
I am going to give some change in exam pattern, an open book exam. But my feeling regarding exam is same. Why this happen? I thought if I don't care about the result it will release my that feeling, but drawback then I'm not care about the exam. 

Sorry I forgot to ask the fundamental question that exam important or knowledge. If exam then need a report card and somebody else will judge that how you are performing. If knowledge then why most of books have questions and answers instead of problems and solutions. Is that question and problem a same meaning, probably not.

I read a news-paper article that mentioned, "Some student  reply over education (at reputed institute like IITs, NITs, IIITs, AIIMS etc.) that they don't like pattern of education, they found that their well highly qualified teacher doesn't know how to teach.". Does this news is a question on our current education system.

Why most of educated student are not well suitable for any organization, organization found that training is necessary. Why because what student spend their education time is not enough to get practical knowledge and facing situation. Then what is the purpose of spending all the time on studying those subject which are not enough for practical. And what organizations do in the 3-6 months training which is more effective and purposeful than traditional 4yr-6yr education system. Are organizations have some magic capsules which they give to their trainee. probably not.

What should get changed? 
Student point of view:
  1. Don't take exam, if you take exam then don't give result.
  2. Syllabus must be practical and discuss always about the problems and solutions instead of questions and answers.
  3. Focus on the rising of skills instead of marks.
Teacher point of view:
  1. If there is no exam then how can we rule on students.
  2. How can we explain that who is intelligent and who is not.
  3. We are following the approach which followed by our teacher, and see how Intelligent we are.
  4. Every time (most of time) practical is not available due to less skill teachers.
I want to ask a question here: If teachers have less skills, then who make him as a teacher. In India most of teachers are who doesn't get well jobs, this is the reason India education system is going down day by day. Why govt. interested to open new colleges, universities instead of rising the pay scale of teachers thus intelligent guys are interesting to serve society rather than serve to our-self.

But the question is not to change this education system in India. The thought which I expressed above is not the first time, most of people already knows this. But who are interested to change this scenario. Should we complain to politician, where most politician are illiterate. That politician are even able to understand the problem.

But who cares? Please give me the answers.
